Kerala State Syllabus
The State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT) Kerala is the board of school education in Kerala, also conducted by the government of the state of Kerala. This board prepares the syllabus for schools affiliated with it. Each class has specific syllabus based on the purpose of studying that subject.
The whole schooling structure in Kerala is divide from lower-level Kinder garden to Class 10. Then Plus one and Plus two. There are some equivalent classes such as THSLC and ITI etc. These subjects can be selected based on the choice of students.
When it comes to plus two, there also exist varied branches in which students can select the stream according to their personal and career interest. The streams are Computer Science, Biology Science, Commerce with and without Computer application and finally Humanities. These may be known as 1st, and 2nd group so on.
School Guide
The syllabus is prepared by SCERT of Kerala Education Board. The main aim of this syllabus is to train students with the right thing on each subject that they sufficiently need to know. Also, prepare syllabus that covers all the areas of each subject before completing their schooling period. Because then only they can have knowledge on each subject for their higher studies.
School guides are the books prepared by incorporating the syllabus wise subject details. Each subject is reduced into the form of a small guide, which contains all the information that is necessary for students. students can use these guides as a supplementary along with their textbooks.
